Train is good in sence of Ponchuality, must of the day it has been running on time , but management inside train is not good , because must of the day the Sleepers Coaches feel like a General Coach , no rule and regulations has been following in this train

train ka na koi time thik hai or na passanger apna seat per thik se baith ke ja sakte itna bhir rahta hai jo seat wala passanger ka saman ka koi safety nahi hai mera koi chappal le chala gaya iska jimeedar railway hoga t.t fine le ke ticket bana de rahe hai

very worst service because one of T.T sir came to us informed that our seats have given to others for waiting tickets just because of we couldn't catch the train from the boarding station.whatever we catched the train on another station that never mean that he will give our confirmed booked tickets to others passengers what kind of rules is this ,so we are very much disappointed with service.thanks

The train's environment is not very good. And the train runs very slowly. And it takes a long time to reach the destination,And food and drink are also moderate. Not very good either.

We had booked train from rayagata to jeypore but the train was late and we did not reach jeypore so we want our ticket money back

I TOOK TICKETS IN AC 1ST CLASS,AND ATTENDENT GIVING ENTRIES TO UNWANTED PERSONS FROM CONNECTED COACH TO USE BATHROOM TAKING 50 RS. BRIBE TO USE THE BATHROOM MAKING DIRTY BATHROOM,VERY BAD SITUATION,NO ONE IS TAKING CARE OF THE SAME,COULD NOT TAKE PHOTOS OF ATTENDENT BUT SITUATION IS NOT ACCEPTABLE.

Adding pantry can add value to the service. Travelers are scared to eat food given by unauthorized people selling food in train. Train was late by 40 minutes.

Delays at station, should have been announcement for the delays. Particular train delayed at sambalpur station for one and half hour long. And before tikri another one hour long. Unknowingly waiting is quite uneasy feeling.

availability of food is problem.... no irctc service... no pantry car in the train..... there should be a pantry car in the train.... staff behaviour is good....

Toilet cleanliness can be improved. overall cleaning and interior finishing and design can be improved. running late by one hr. and stopping frequently. staff behavior was satisfactory.
