The train's environment is not very good. And the train runs very slowly. And it takes a long time to reach the destination,And food and drink are also moderate. Not very good either.

I TOOK TICKETS IN AC 1ST CLASS,AND ATTENDENT GIVING ENTRIES TO UNWANTED PERSONS FROM CONNECTED COACH TO USE BATHROOM TAKING 50 RS. BRIBE TO USE THE BATHROOM MAKING DIRTY BATHROOM,VERY BAD SITUATION,NO ONE IS TAKING CARE OF THE SAME,COULD NOT TAKE PHOTOS OF ATTENDENT BUT SITUATION IS NOT ACCEPTABLE.

Smoke smell comes from AC vent. This smell found from Rourkela.I think some air leakage in AC system which sucks engine smoke.

Adding pantry can add value to the service. Travelers are scared to eat food given by unauthorized people selling food in train. Train was late by 40 minutes.

Delays at station, should have been announcement for the delays. Particular train delayed at sambalpur station for one and half hour long. And before tikri another one hour long. Unknowingly waiting is quite uneasy feeling.

availability of food is problem.... no irctc service... no pantry car in the train..... there should be a pantry car in the train.... staff behaviour is good....

Toilet cleanliness can be improved. overall cleaning and interior finishing and design can be improved. running late by one hr. and stopping frequently. staff behavior was satisfactory.

It was about 9hrs late on the date of journey.At about 3PM it left Rajgangpur Station and arrived Titlagarh at 10 PM.
