All the western toilets were closed in the morning in all the coaches.I think the general compartment ppl would have boarded without tickets.

we are searching for coach no display caused very inconvenient. very poor service needs improvement. train late by one hour.

The train started too late due to some track maintenance, also there is proper information at Villupuram railway station masters. All are affected rudely since everyone has other plans and commitment. this is totally unacceptable.

AC was good. Cleaning was good. Curtains were not good. Despite cleaning the toilets, passengers do not bother to flush at times.
