In the train bathroom we need to press the button and water flow it Will be easy.. not only the toilet sink inside its overall floor we need.. then only we feel clean.. otherwise all people are not properly through the water in those areas.. so we feel a very bad smell..

i didn't gone because u guys took the money of 563 and my ticket has cancelled and refund money process u guys debited the amount of 200 rs + ? can u please tell me the reason what cost u took ?

I don't get tickets then how can i travel 1 week before I buy my wait listed tickets but not confirmed very poor it was very urgent journey but unfortunately ticket not confirmed 😡

All the berths/seats width need to extend little bit more than actual measurements ,it's not Compartable to sleep in all the positions as well as home. N.Nachiappan.

no any improvement till now about our Railways I traveled in 2nd AC but looks like sleepers class window class not clean in some station halt only 2 min by window we can't see any station how can we get ready to get down..

we haven't ordered food in this train.we have been welcomed with dried taps stinching toilets.
The train was running late hours behind,on the holl a bad experience.

hamne sri balaji bhawan hotel renigunta se food order kiye tha us ko khakar hamari tabhyiat karab ho gai raat bar motion ho gaye pls aise logo ko food order na karaye aur daal sabzi sab karab ho gaye the packets mai se smell ari thi tooo bad food aur ar koi coach mai ahkar bait jana smoking karna drink karna worst train thi

Sometime toilet doors get stuck due to mechanical door closures getting jammed. Requires force to release the door locks. Especially senior citizens find it very very difficult to close and open.

Worst Train .. no service at all.. All old coaches in this train .. Don't book in this train .there is not a single hook to hang ... Instead go for Hydra express

I didn't understand the names written on train. Chennai-kakinadaport-kacheguda. Its way is not on kakinad.. How they write on the board i couldn't understand.
