I am extremely dissatisfied with the service provided by Indian Railways. Despite making reservations, individuals without permission frequently occupy reserved seats. The conduct of the food vendors is unprofessional and unhygienic, as they often eat pan masala and spit in public spaces. Additionally, the absence of uniform and poor hygiene standards further exacerbate the issue. Placing food trolleys near washrooms also demonstrates a lack of proper etiquette. Overall, I believe that Indian Railways lag far behind global standards by at least a century.
