Actually I will give half star rating. Worst train. Till I have reached Nanded. Almost 4 hours late. This apartment no food on train. Dangerous for Diabetic and hypertension patients.

transport issue from another location to Hadapsar railway station.
there is no transport, like auto, or bus.
Pune was best as compared to Hadapsar

food quality is very poor ,IRCTC(food) attendants are not well mannered. Attendants of beding are ok.
IRCTC attendants (saaf safayi wale) bolne pr krte hai khudse clean nh krte.

it's very good experience with IRCTC staff i got RAC in Second Tier Coach ticket but staff said You can shift in First Tier Coach there is1 vacacnt birth available ❤️

wrost experience no is bothering for seats sleeper coaches general people's are seating TC is simple earning and who booked tickets they don't have security and so much rush in sleeper coaches like general couch..

Non reserved passenger enters in sleeper coach and not cooperating with reserved passenger seats... and also lack of cleanness in train there is no good sanitation.. bad smell in train coach..

both toiletsbin ac coach leaking no door cld b closed ,rats in train , very dirty train ,ac was on low , bedsheets not washed was used and dirty

5 min remaining to train departure time and still no platform number announced, suddenly everyone started rushing from platform number 6 to 2 with 5 min remaining. Even more annoying was they asked people to get down saying train was going for wash and then after some time same train going for destination making departure late more than hour absolute mismanagement.

The train was late, it was not cleaned, thetoilets were very dirty no cleanliness till Aurangabad. Reached well in time.. All other things OK

Very poor service non reserve passengers travelling in ac coach and no safety , Not cleaning properly toilets are in very bad condition very irritated journey in this train.
