conform tickets app i booked 2 sleeper tickets. my amount is dedicated. 2 rac tickets alloted me after that. we both moved in train. my sets is available but . we received 2 rac tickets in night journey. but amount is deducted 2 sleeper charges. amount is not refounded

The train was late by 2 hours why is the train run like this? 2 hours of sleep is ruined. hygiene is also a bit problematic, the sleeper berths have too much dust on the edges

train was stopped at guntur station only without any prior information and same amount has been charged and not alternate arrangements are done from railways and RTC

Train not at all cleaned in repalle station. We only cleaned our berths, Toilets are smelly.

If 17626 train is running by late as passenger why it was transferred to express?? Keep it as a passenger.
