Karjat Station should announce the train arrival beforehand and give precise platform details, it makes the announcement in last moment and it becomes extremely difficult to switch from 1 to other platform...not convenient for elders and families with infants and small kids

we are 4 person for this journey but at the time of train we received only one ticket and also with rac so we had bad journey experience with confirmkt

yesterday PF did not display the coach number due very hectic to reach the S5 coach and seat no. I think it should be displayed on every coach's internal side which is beneficial for travelers if not display PF coaches internally travel any coach, reached his coach and seat.

I haven't had any food, so I'm not entirely sure about food quality , but I noticed that the toilet in S1 couch is not clean. Could you please take care of that?

Good Punctuality, But Cleanilness is needed, saw cockroaches roaming while having food, and Also people with General Tickets are occuping seats of reservation, though they are not creating any issue but still it's causing disturbance while sleeping, some guys are continuously chatting and playing music overnight

Sleeper like a General Coach. Many non ticket people are travelling in Sleeper coach. Local people harrishing.No Police & No TC in this Train.

Food quality is not good comparing to cost. Rice was half cooked. Also General Travellers occupied all area in sleeper coach. No TC or RPF visited during journey.

Excellent. Only thing is that people need some civic sense to maintain cleanliness in compartment. No pantry car was available hence food rating is based on previous experience.

no food is available in the train and train is late by almost 1.5 Hrs as compared to other trains like Pragati express on same route

upgraded to AC1 coach but there was no water in toilet, toiles were very dirty, attendant also complained but couldn't get response
