Train is full of dust. God knows when was the last time seats and Windows were cleaned. Worst journey ever travelling in that train

Train No Neatness it's a Big Disappoint thing & I think Bogies are too Old that's why full of jerks Journey Fully Uncomfortable😔
but The Only thing is perfect timing punctuality is very Great thing in this train👍

train schedule time was good but interior and exterior of the train was very bad in condition and it was absolutely untidy. not worth to board. Only thanks to upgrade the ticket.

food was to bad as I eat, irctc need to make improvements in this service because many of people will me in need of food in long journey, so due to no option they will have this food and get I'll. i request to provide fresh food as well as good quality.

MAITAIN TOILETS,WATER,SANITARY. WHY ALLOWED BEGARS INSIDE THE TRAVELING.,COACH. NOT ALL PASSINGWRS. IN BEGARS DESICISED PERSON AND THIEC.VZ WILL BE THERE. NOT ALL FIND R.P.F ,AND T.T.I . IS THEY ARE SLEEPING. TAKE.ACYION. THIS PROBLEM IN ALL TRAINS.

Need to maintain the washrooms, it would be better if the railway maintenance ppl can spray perfumes and need to empty dust bin frequently because it's kept small and it's over filled most of the times.

AC was not working as expected. Unfortunately when conveyed the same message to the technicians they haven't bothered our complaint. At least I should have traveled in Sleeper class for good ventilation.
No pantry available on the train. We need to buy food available at the major railway stations.
Overall I am not satisfied with the journey. May be Indian Railways are in huge losses and instructed their AC technicians to save some energy by harassing their customers.

train 2 hrs late ,TC came very late for checking, was waiting for berth as I have RAC , came at night 1 and alloted berth

Ladies above 50 years cannot climb side upper and upper berth. My wife compelled to sleep on floor when ever she was allotted such berths. This is not only my problem. No steps to climb upper berth.Please look into and give response as a mark of acknowledging our plea.
