I recently traveled from Vizianagaram to Tenali on the Puri–Tirupati Express, and the journey turned out to be quite disappointing. The train was running terribly late, and I reached my destination almost three hours after the scheduled arrival time.
What made the delay even more frustrating was that the train was halting at several stations that were not mentioned in the official itinerary. These unscheduled stops added to the delay and caused unnecessary inconvenience to passengers.
While occasional delays are understandable, such poor punctuality and lack of adherence to the timetable need serious attention. Indian Railways should ensure better time management and clear communication to improve the overall travel experience.

Train is not clean
washrooms are not clean
Punctuality is very poor (Delay by more than 2 hours.
Overall we are dissatisfied and disappointed with this train.

The train is not good and food is not provided in train passengers It is very hungry so I don't like this train 😔 this is very bad. I Request to you Indian railway please arrange for passengers basic facilities .

I am journey 3AC, bathroom are very dirty this type of bathroom are compared to public toilets are better.wate of money .train speed is slow .

one of the useless train in India... it's like bullock cart .. after vizag to tirupati... around 30+ Stop... new route... some extra distance...

bad experience train running very late but outer of Vijayawada and stopped on platform nearly two hours over it is bad experience over all to reach tenali by 3 hours late thanks to Puri tirupathi exp

This Train is treated as a passenger train and put to stay for long time for giving passage to other trains, it is a step motherly treatment by the Railway authorities.

Catering services needs improvement. Tea was pathetic. We r not questioning why u r charging 10rs for a cup of tea. But atleast serve good quality of tea
