worst experience ever in my life the train was delayed by 3hr:30 mins and I reached the destination at midnight 2:30AM .. actually I need to reach 11:15PM in the night ..

food quality is worst supplied in lunch.
in veg pulao - No vegetables simply malasala rice , no raitha, for gravy also Hot water mixed with masala powder provided for Rs.80.00.
For meals, Taste less food was sold, Catering service was not done as a service,it was done on cheating and looting the money from railway customer.

its every bad train taps are not working properly. there is no soap solution. in soap dispensers. there is lot to improve.you should start senior citizen concession and stop all ministers every facility
there is no punctuality at all train was Tate by 2hrs

A.C. Coach maintenance is not satisfactory. The handles present to climb middle and upper berths are very bad. Not useful. It should be kept properly.
