we booked our tickets in 3rd economic a/c coach already the seats are so narrow after that by early morning the office going local passanger start coming talking, disturbing no one is here to stop them to inter in ac coach the toilets are durty we travel on regular bases this time truly fed up with local passanger who is traveling for office i request to railway authority please do something for them this is not local train we are paying very good amount to travel in ac coach here am attaching some reference i colud not able to upload a video so sharing screenshot

very bad Mahalaxmi express train toilet not clean very bad toilet bad experience. कृपया महालक्ष्मी एक्सप्रेस ट्रेनचे टॉयलेट क्लीन करा खूप हार्ड टॉयलेट आहे लेडीज लोकांना भरपूर त्रास होतो टॉयलेटला जाण्यासाठी. रेल्वे प्रशासनाने याची देखभाल करावी. ही नम्र विनंती आहे

this tym train was very unhygienic that is lots of mini cockroaches were seen roaming here n there...was not able to sleep after giving so much amt for train fare n being consistent traveller we must get this basic hygiene maintained

I'm traveling from satara to Mumbai..there is no water in the train washroom. The washrooms are unclean. I have asked TC for water supply but he responded as "Pune ke pahile bol diya hota toh kuch hota, abhi Kalyan mai kaise bolu itni morning mai".
how could the public use such a stink and unclean washroom.
not expectable from Railways.

on line taking food worst quality when I ordered food and payment do it after some time he cancelled one item, other' items also he called and forsed to change the item,aalo Paratha he cancelled and full day I will call him after 12hours,so many times call to delivery boy after that he will asked me my QR CODE,I have no option to give him after giving I called him the delivery boy he will transfer my money . food quality packing in plastic cary bag,no tissue paper has given I will strongly recommend cancelled that hotel contract

train is rubbish. cochroaches are visible everywhere. big mice were found in journey. the toilet floors, latches, are in horrible condition. after potty you will be suprised to see that your jet spray don't work. Ticketless travellers travel in reserved compartments. Floors are not cleaned. seats are too dirty. Railway don't clean them everyday or every week it seems. Food options aren't found as this is night train.

when booked tickets online the booking status was RAC. after chart prepared single seat alloted two passenger.
if IRCTC can not allote two separate seat for two passager why they collected the money from two people.

lot of dust on the seat. I had cleaned it.and then prepare for asleep. as it was disturbing to other passenger so no photo session conducted.train late avarage 30 minutes every time.not taken food so no rating for food quality.

Train compartment was fully watered with rain water .This was due to not closing windows and doors properly during rain.Train terminated at Pune we are in trouble with family at Lonavala station.no means to come mumbai.

Worst experience Indian Railways .
It is not that train was not clean or punctual .
Everything was good .
But I am rating it 1 star because the TC took BRIBE from me still he didn't offered me a birth .
NEVER EXPECTED THIS FROM INDIAN RAILWAYS

bcoz of rac not confirmed we have to suffer alot. 2 persons and one seat which is not enough to seat or sleep. Sleeper class full of without ticket passengers. local pass or ticket holders used to travel by sleeper coach and trouble reservation holder passengers alot. horribal passengers

I travelled two times in every week in this train but no any TTE attended sleeper coach of this train except one time during journey more than two months.Due to this my RAC berth could not confirmed despite many vacant berths several times
