I booked two tickets simultaneously under the 'Tatkal' quota; however, only one of them was confirmed, while the other remained on the waiting list. This is an extremely frustrating and inconvenient situation. At the very least, while preparing the reservation chart, it should have been taken into consideration that one ticket was confirmed while the other was still on the waiting list.
The failure to receive accurate and timely updates from the system caused significant difficulties in my travel planning. Such lapses in service erode customer trust. Instead of focusing solely on revenue generation, due consideration must also be given to customer convenience. I urge you to address this matter with the utmost seriousness and implement the necessary improvements.

There was pungent smell in the train inspite of 2nd AC.Atleast a water bottle should be provided to travelers. Also the bedsheets were not fresh, those were already used. there was a smell in bedsheets.

We did not eat any food so can't give any remarks,
My personal suggestion/ opinion please arrange AC 1 individual cabin inside personal AC thermostat because I have personal experience for my mother she is senior citizen so she can able to adjust AC chil air.....

Main problem of mahalaxmi exp is most of the time changing the position of AC coaches, sometimes it's on the front or back, problem for sr citizen.never eat railway food

Train quality was very poor Inspite of Tatkal confirm tickets in 3AC they shifted to 3E and arrangements of seat were very congested even toilets were very congested. Not satisfied at all.

Train sleeper coach arrangements are changed, it was such a mess. I was traveling with a toddler and three senior citizens, we were not aware that coach position was changed. At last minute we had to run here and there with all our luggage. I was so angry.

was in this train trapped at badlapur for 15 hrs and rescued by NDRF team salute to them.
My only question is if railway authorities knew that it was risky to go beyond badlapur dew to floods. How dare they gave the signal to go ahead and put so many peoples life at risk.

and all night torched me to get out from the train

always rush is there for mahalaxmi train but not maintained very old boogies toilets in bad conditions no water in basin seats are in very bad condition. need to change all boogies

There to be more improvement in all sections like cleanliness in compartment and washrooms no supply of water in washbasin very poor service and more improvement in safety of passengers, staff department needs to be improved
