I would like to report several issues faced during my journey — the coach was not clean, charging points and fans were not working properly, and many unreserved passengers were occupying seats. Additionally, the train was delayed by around 4 hours, causing great inconvenience.

CONFIRM SEATS waste service close your application chiting team. finally I' can not understand english complete. just I'm literally study. worst service money scam app. I can talk about your frud confirm ticket.... I'm not happy with your services. waste of money big loss ....

Food(snacks) was not good at all.
No cleanliness in the train ( as we went in 2nd sitting coach). The train is not on time ( we reached our destination with the delay of 1 and half hour)

I booked tickets by seeing 80 percentage confirm chances in the app but my tickets were not confirmed, don't make the people fools by playing this kind tricks for money . Give a genuine information .

Actually it's not an express train, local passenger with no authority is concerned for the passengers traveling through this train. No neatness. If truly want to rate means not a single star is also given based on its performance. The food is also not provided for such time taking train.

waste of food quality,,,4 hours delay without information ,toilets are not cleaned and seating are not neat no one cleaned it very waste ,,,too much delay ,,,try it improve all this kind of things

overall 3.5hours late and some toilet and washbasins water flow also slow, ticket price good for poor and middle class people also Thanku for reasonable price in all classes

Train delayed for 6.5hrs, no proper cleaning or maintenance.
Cockroaches on seat.
Cold Food, very few options on platforms.
No pantry, no proper supply of water in washrooms

The worst train i ever travelled, not at all punctual, if you are in hurry kindly avoid booking this train 3 hrs delay, when I spoke with staff they said everyday it is the same with this train. Hyd it reached before but for the destination 3hrs delay.

It was a good experiencein chair car in krishna express. But need to maintain some cleaning regularly. And i think SCR should think about increasing chair car bogies in this train. And also they should add pantry car to this train.

when I was sawn before tickets are booked or not ... it was confirmed when I was traveling day I was went to station to travell it was cancelled.... this over stupid government rules or neglected by any officers I was faced aaa lot of problem I need a call on my issues

For reservation seats no response from ticket collectors all the general ticket people are sitting in the reserved seats and they are not giving space to sit on their reserved seats. It's getting impact on railways and public who reserves the seat for journey. Please try to take responsibility on it especially in the second seating if not why this reservation seats make it as general box.
