TC was taking money from an unreserved passenger and allotting illegal vacant seats. He was not allotting the seats to RAC or waitlist passengers. TC is full of corruption going on Indian Railways

Inspight of paying extra money 359 PER PERSON for TRAVEL ASSURANCE . TICKET REMAINED WAITLISTED AND THE TOOK 359. THEY ONLY REFUNDED TICKET AMOUNT AND WALLET MONEY ONLY FOR 6 DAYS . VERY BAD BAD

I am travelling in Duronto since 2010 but it has changed completely. The third class compartment, coach not clean and the quality of food is absolutely bad.

Pest control is not effectives having cockroaches compartments, food waste disposal or collection also to be improved, AC control is ineffective ( feeling higher humidity between 2.30am to 4.00am in the closed ac compartment. food quality (Tea / Coffee) not satisfactory, food vendors not wearing mask

Hygiene is always a concern when it comes to Indian railways. It needs serious attention for not only the railway staff but also the passengers. Some strict laws should be implemented about littering in the train.

sorry I'm not satisfied with ur service because at the end moment ur giving tickets confirmation.without any msg mail how we know about ticket confirmation.because of late reply I can't go by train.finally I lost money and time

VERY GOOD TTE MISSING AS PER DIVISIONAL RAILWAYS. MANAGER. ZONAL AREA. AFTER SOME TIME SOME ONE HAS TAKEN CHARGE AND CONTROLLED. SITUATION. IT'S FESTIVAL OCCASION NO ISSUES.

hopeless journey, for 5 ppl only 2 seats were allocated for RAC, both the TCs shrugged off the response even requesting multiple times. Non reservation ppl slept peacefully, while paying for reservations we struggled throughout the journey

No tc from ltt to bgm. Many passenger who dont have a reserve ticket were travelling in reserve coach. No passenger safty at all.overall verry verry bad expearencse.....
