IRCTC staff saleing tea and coffee one glass of 20rs, same tea in reservation coach is 10.when we ask they saying that that's fixed rate, I been through all India but naver drink tea or coffee of 20, all they selling is very expensive, and all the passengers are not happy. and I will go more higher to complain. Train is not clean at all, there are all cockroach in train seats are dirty.

Passengers with RAC or not having proper tickets were occupying our seats. TC was not present in the coach and I had to fight for my seat. TC needs to take strict action against such behavior.

TT NOT CAME IN THE TRAIN
ONLY ONE AC TT AVAILABLE THEY NOT RESPONDED TO SLEEPER CL PASSENGERS TO SHORT OUT RAC BERTHS. SHAMEFUL. BEING STAYING 60 MINUTES AT YPR JN, FRESH OR UPDATED CHARTS COULD BE POSTED TO EASE RAC BERTHS ISSUE.
