Onward journey wasn't as good as per my expectations. 1) Train platform was changed and this details were not updated on app not received any sms or notification. 2) berth quality wasn't good, 3) Washrooms were smelling horrible. Looking for better improvement in the near future.

Everything in train is so nice .but even taking the tickets 3 months earlier it was not confirmed only got RAC which is not fair.even for senior citizens gave RAC.pls make this betterment.

There was no water to brush and wash face and also for toilet use. This is rrally horrible and needs attention.
