while i had counter waiting tickets with me when I got tickets before 20days of my travel it was 34/35 waiting tickets but it got to 5/6 waiting till chart prepared I had
but after boarding train I didn't got seats for being waiting tickets in that same time who buyed general tickets the train tt made them confirm tickets by paying amount this is not a system it's too wrong to see when we are travelling in train it must be stopped they should sent to general coaches for buying local general tickets

very bad experience, cockroge all over the seats. we could see them coming out of the seat corners. I couldn't sleep at all

The charging outlets on all side lower and side upper berths in coach A1 are currently non-functional. This represents an unacceptable level of service from Indian Railways. I request immediate attention to rectify this issue. Additionally, water is unavailable in coach A1.

Train is clean and safe to travel for women passengers and kids. This was the best train experience. I have not ordered food so I would not be able to comment on that.

birth seats are not cleaned, full of dust. no security police people were in train.toilets are having too bad smell

railway department good devlopment in train coach when I travel felling better then 10 to 15 years back
so one again congratulations to railway department.
I pray to god everyone traveling in railway he n she keep feeling railway is my own property so use every facility with enjoy journey

Toilet facilities are very much unsatisfactory. Not at all clean. It is too dirty to use. The pantry facilities are not satisfactory.

worst food, blankets are not clean and tidy.Blankets looks like they are used. There is no difference between traveling in sleeper class and AC 3 tire.

please add extra general couches in peak season...
please stress as much as possible to ensure peace during night journey.
