It showed in this stupid app that train was coming in platform no. 1. Our whole family including kids and elderly were waiting for more than an hour. then later we realised that the train had come in another platform. All of us had to run carrying our luggage. And we missed the train. Whoever is reading this, if at all if you want to genuinely respond, pls guide me on how to raise a complaint in consumer court
