Hello there, I recently travelled from Vijayawada to narsapur train no.17256 which was delayed for almost an hour ad there was no pantey car and I got used bedsheets,it was horrible.

There is not proper maintenance in the train compartments that are in AC feel like sleeper...there are rats in train.. Uncomfortable seating can't sleep peaceful

Announcement in each couch about present stop and next stop with timings respectively should be arranged in all the trains. I found this in some trains without giving details of present and coming stops. Priority should be given for cleanliness. Thanks.

Railways has to take care of side lower berths before issuing tickets. Side lower seats may be comfortable to sit rather than sleep. Many of the seats are uneven, by which passengers are suffering with backpains.

They will not provide napkins. when we asked them only they will give. This is worst. compare with southern railways in SCR this is worst
