I was charged a higher amount for booking through ConfirmTkt, but even after booking when my ticket was RAC 50, I did not get a full seat. The journey was very uncomfortable, and I had to struggle a lot throughout the trip. The amount charged did not justify the service provided. I am very disappointed with this experience. Please improve your service and provide better support to passengers.

charger sockets are very loose to charge mobile,
hand wash soap is not available in any of the AC toilet and attendant is sleeping when we are searching for blanket after boarding the train at 2330 hrs.

worst experience. I got side upper berth not getting fan air and the train not cleaned properly in that berth there are so many mosquitos. cockroaches .what the fuck dng the cleaner stop. and they need arrange the separate fan for side upper berth.
