train was good and brand new and the train starting from Kakinada and till train crossing Vijayawada it was too lag in journey

This train journey was very disappointing. The coach had constant vibrations, making it extremely uncomfortable to sleep or even sit peacefully. The disturbance was continuous and affected the entire experience. I strongly do not recommend booking this train if you are looking for a comfortable journey.

train hygiene was good .. and punctuality is not bad i say good but not upto mark .. it is 1.30 hr late but still better .

Train is running is very late and no puntuality and food quality not tasty high prices collecting extra prices take immediate action on this issue dont repeat it again

very bad and quality is poor as we allocated HA1 worst toilets ever getting smell , boys are not cleaning as they are eating gutkas and drinking getting smell

toilets not clean, small cockroach are moving around. flush knob broken. water tap inferior platic quality and leaking

seating/berth condition isuncomfortable. Train punctuality is very poor.It is delayed by 2 hours to reach ongole.
