please try to decrease the timing in some places simply waiting for other trains to cross so the journey becomes 12 hrs instead they can go within 10hrs

very wrost finally I got RAC ticket and the train was too conjusted and people without ticket entered the reservation coach . and they were fighting and murmuring

Food was not good. I order chapthi and showrma; it was not up to standards. There is an area of improvement.
The train was late for half an hour
Station was clean near 2nd AC area however it was reasonably okay towards the general compartment waiting room

No pantry car available. But sometimes contract staff are serving food that also on DOUBLE the RATE. Quality of food is below satisfaction.

No proper cleaning of wash rooms in ac compartments also. If this is the case just imagine about sleeper class and general compartments...
