Along with all these conditions, people aged above 60, physically disabled and lone women passengers will be provided all the necessary help by the railway staff.
These rules are want to snickering on each compartment...
young people's in groups (boys & girls) are making others journey horrible and not giving even confirmed seat for allowed persons. no TT is for checking seats.. this type journey is so irritated. our young citizens don't know how to behave in public places...

Confirming the development regarding public etiquette by the ministry, a western railway official said that they have recently started a two week-long drive in this direction. The official said that under this drive, ticket checkers and other railway staff will be counselling the passengers for not talking loudly on their phones. The staff will also advise passengers to not listen to music without earphones.

Need improvement to the toilet housekeeping ,then regarding punctuality train 25 minits lates when the train arrived my departure station, food quality is not good and also very costly, please take need full action.

maintain food quality, I didn't found any jug type things in sleepers bhogi otherwise very uncomfortable to use water. And food is poor in quality so please take care about that however other things good.

There is no security or TTE to check unreserved passengers boarding reserved compartments during the night times and disturbing the other passengers. Previously it was not that serious, but now except for some stations where the RPF is on board, otherwise it is worst. And in today's journey there was no TTE at all. I recommend that RPF be available in almost all stations during the night times. Ok

I traveled in the train from Trivandrum to Secunderabad on 19.03.2019. I had bad experience and water was not available in the toilets and with regard to pantry food quality to be increased.... if Western toilets are there it will be comfort.............

Please don't ever ask about punctuality of saari express because it's doing unbearable late don't know why it's happening and it's not only happening once or twice but daily please do something and show your work in action not in words and 0 rating for punctuality and if you want i will give (-)rating also.
