not a single food vendor had come to First AC cabin. it was only very poor substandard tea and water that had come to the cabin for service

train is clean and good water facility in toilets, happy with that. Bust no water in the moring in wash basin. Happy with the current facility, Thank you.

RAILWAYS SHOULD REMOVE THE SIDE BERTHS OF ALL CLASSESAS THEY ARE TOTALLY UNCOMFORTABLE AND PAINFUL TOO. ITS INHUMAN TO ASK A PERSON OF 5-6" TO TRAVEL IN THOSE BERTHS

I had comfortable journey, couches and washrooms were maintained with cleanliness,train was running late for 30 mins but its fine,but coming on food including tea's and all are always disgusting they charge much higher but quality is so cheap, please do give better quality as per money is charged.

no catering was available till Vijayawada,,coming to food quality and hygiene the guy from catering he drop all the samosas on Station floor he was selling the same to the people

Very worst experience..Old coaches with termites and cockroaches. Paying so much money is not at all worth for the journey.
