The washroom was blocked and untidy. No one cared to take action. what's the use of booking 3rd class AC ticket while couldn't get atleast a clean washroom

There is proper maintenance in the washroom, uncomfortable seating in the car chair reservation coach, there is no difference between General coach and Reservation Coach.

we don't have any difference between general compartment vs reservation compartment and we don't have any light in the washrooms very worst maintenance I never seen till now.

Train has four seats in 2S class very horrible experience in summer no minimum facilities and cleanliness is not that good only thing that good is punctuality

Unreserved passengers are boarding the reserved coaches and is troubling the passengers to board within stipulated time when stopping at various stations. It should be monitored properly.

There is no need of asking passenger feedback after every travel. I have been travelling from past 15 years in indian railways. Every time I experienced worst food quality and charges more than mrp. Except few trains the toilet maintenance is always very bad. Most importantly we will never find the word "Punctuality"in railway dictionary. Thanks to all the governments for maintaining such standards from last 50 years.
