My dad saying there was so rush in train without reservation member also includes in train this is not acceptable bec why we are getting reservation

Railways had announced that there will be no cancellation charges as the train was cancelled due to the current situation
However ,you released cancellation amount after deducting charges that too after two months
This is ,i feel unfair practice , and not in line with Railways Announcement
I feel cheated

At the start of train at 8.40 pm pillows were not covered, sheets were not provided only got them at about 10.30 pm. B3 bogie Air Conditioning was not working during night, in the morning when it started to work heavy water was dripping from roof at the B3 & S1 side gate & over wash basin

Every time when I have booked the tickets I have got tickets near the toilet which I dont appreciate. Before making the payment we must be able to seat numbers.

worst train ever to board don't board this train if u are having sleeper ticket. In morning passengers boarded in different stations and disturbed everyone. They don't have confirmed ticket they board board train and disturb others

everything is fine but in morning some general ticket ppl get in to reservation coach n started to make noise and were trying to sit in our seats

1. Quality of cushion on berths was very poor
2. Mobile charger plugs not working
3. NO CONTROL OVER GENERAL PUBLIC IN RESERVATION COMPARTMENT

Washroom's need to be more clean. Although its more OK than other trains & disposable to through in are to be in good condition

Need work on traveller food,railway have to stop completely stop the food selling by the hawker . I thiƱk so there r many service provider of food like havmour,tipsy topsy who can provide good healthy and fresh food.

Timing - on time
Coach staff - very courteous
Coach - clean but few mosquitoes in cabin. AC not that great in terms of effectiveness. Often felt sweaty.
Food - no pantry. Either pack ur food or book online before boarding.
Linen - crisp cotton sheets. Very clean
