Washroom is pathetic, food quality is horrible,they are charging Rs 100 for egg biryani, but it's very pathetic , and quality is very poor

a/c 2 tier coach was good but rather old. It was making wierd noices, creaking at times, loose old parts like reading lights etc. No western toilets but badly used indian commodes.
However, on the plus side, the coach attendents were helpful with our luggage. The linen was clean. After so many years of break, we were provided with napkins also. The train arrived before the scheduled time in so many stations but reached the destination 25 min late. on the whole it was a good experience sitting in the train for over 10 hrs ! Vendors in train sold samosas of good quality and the bottled water of an unknown company was sold for more than the MRP.

every time RAC seat in confirm this is uncomfortable in every time ... plz improve in confirm seat reservation

Food quality is average. it is good to get food from outside when you travel long distances.

the toilets in the train are too bad, the berth was not comfortable to sleep, poor quality and it's not good to travel in SL coach

very worst maintenance, very bad smell and railway tracks are better then toilets.
