train was delayed without any crossing or any reason. seats are very congested. general ticket people were rushed to reservation compartments. TTC is not available to check the reservation seats.

Did not travel because the train was 3-4 hrs late which is more than my travelling time of 2 hrs. Full money waste. High level of mismanagement by the Indian railways.
