I was having a PSC exam in Kasaragod but the train came very late. Instead of 4:15 am the train came at 4:50 Thalassery. It was a terrible experience for me. I was running hard to enter into the exam hall. 7:15 am

upgradation to lhb is very much necessary to have a safe and comfortable travel not only for this but also for rake sharers Mangalore Mail and westcoast sf and malabar express

The train was 20min late to come at Ernakulam Junction though it arrived 30min early at the destination. amazing. the toilets were indian type which was bit annoying. we didn't try any food

It is very unsafe to travel in general compartment.

same old trains,old toilets and fittings .instead giving somuch facilitys to railway officers and staff govt.can improve trains facilitys to the passengers who pays money,specially senior Citizen s.

now we traveling with my son(disabled) i request lower berth but u not aloud lower berth,
u aloud upper berth,
(u r train booking application's form don't have special category please add aditional special category)

All materials used for Train Doors and Windows is getting Rusted and also Seat Quality need to be increased and it is Very Uncomfortable in all trains except Vande Bharat.

ഒന്നുമുതൽ 8 വരെ ബെർത്തിൽ കിടന്ന് ഉറങ്ങാൻ പറ്റുകയില്ല കാരണം ബെർത് റിസർവേഷൻ ചെയ്യാത്തവർ ടോയ്ലറ്റ് ഭാഗത്തുനിന്നു സംസാരവും മൊബൈലിൽ സൗണ്ടിൽ പാട്ടുകെട്ടും നിൽക്കുന്നു .

No pantry in train. vendors sell inside the train without any hygiene.
The train arrive in time 15 min earlier
No water in Toilets

very bad service.. toilet is not cleaned and tap is not working
and very very late about 2'3 hours in between ernakulam to kannur

Clean bogies and train run in time .thanks to Railway ministry and their staff crew members. I will be wrong not mentioning of modiji and Goelji to their efforts to take the carrier to the greatest heights
