I travelled in 2AC coach which is in very poor condition. The side list berth didnt have proper curtain cover, no water bottle holder, not a single hanging pin to hang out hand bags. very poor. Toilet taps are hanging, hand wash bottle was empty . it's high time Southern railways introduces modern takes in this premium train, Maveli Express

I had booked 5 tickets under this PNR. It was waitlisted. On the day of journey we only got 2 seats confirmed. As such one of the passenger cancelled his travel. 2 of them shared the seats with those who got confirmation. I tried to cancel the seat of the passenger who didn't travel. But it was asking to fill TDR application. The TT was not providing EFT number saying we didn't pay any fees to them. As such couldn't complete the formality.

IRCTC AND CONFIRMTKT BOTH the websites are the worst.....they show you 80 percent high chances of tickets getting confirmed and at the Last 3 hours of journey it fucks your trust severely.... the worst fucking websites ever....

Overall experience of journey was good. Train reached the destination before time and I am fully satisfied with the cleanliness in the train.
