Ticket collecter doesn't come to check the tickets. People without tickets board the train and cause mess to rules abiding ticketed passengers.

Every comfort was as expected but for last moment confirmation with the upper birth allotment.. being sr citizen, should be accomodated in lower birth. IRCTC should genuinely try to accommodate.

the 3ac coach looks like just a normal sleeper couch. traveled after long time in train . its changed a lot. very congested .. felt like was traveling in sleeper couch after paying for 3ac.

I m surprised to note that for Tatkal tickets also there is a waiting list despite charging Rs 100/- extra. If sure tatkal seats available then only you accept for tatkal. The very purpose of tatkal ticket itself defeats when your said ticket do not confirm. Unfortunately it has happened
with me. My money is also blocked not yet refunded. This is my experience

Little air was in from the window in Side lower sleeper which made my journey sleepless. Plz do carry bedsheets especially during cold seasons.

start from kolhapur too mach late 1 hr every day
mirij hunt waiting 40 min
after Belgum to Huballi train super fast
8 time taken crossing.

I am a regular traveller of this train. This is one of the best train running in India.
positive:
1. you will see people with confirm tickets in reservation coach of this train. I have not seen any person boarding this train without a confirmed ticket.
2. It usually runs on time however exception can not be denied.
3. I would not say this is the cleanest train but definitely the coaches of this train are comparatively clean.

- Wash room cleanliness to be much more improved
- Coffee / Tea the quality to be improved by increasing the rate.
- Departure also late by 15 minutes and arrival SBC also late by 20 minutes
