There were cockroaches and insects on the sleeper coach seats, which was very unhygienic. The washroom facilities were also poor—water taps in the sinks and toilets were not working. Most importantly, many toilet door locks were broken or not functioning properly. This needs urgent attention and maintenance.

my wife and son ticket was booked in which one was confirmed and another was RAC . RAC WAS SHARED WITH GENTS HOW ONE CAN SHARE ONE SMALL KID AND ONE LADY.WHOLE NIGHT IT WAS DIFFICULT FOR MY WIFE AND AON TO MANAGE.IF YOU WANT TO CONFIRM PLEASE CONFIRM BOTH OTHERWISE CANCEL BOTH THE TICKET.THINK BEFORE YOU CONFIRM

Confirm ticket you have given me a wrong information and confirmation. your ticket shows Lower birth but actually it is upper birth in the coach. i have unnecessarily argued with the co passenger. i am really very much disappointed

Train coaches were very old, B3 coach door closure was broken and hence AC was not getting maintained.
Also lot of abnormal vibration was felt in B3 coach due to which we could not sleep.

one of the worst train maintain isaw in my life i was seen seat is full of dirty with mud with red colour soil mud i only cleaned full seat i took half an our to clean seats very worst. and no water in tolet no water S3 coach very worst maintain and i am not accept this like seat very worst muddy .no one checking before train depart is it cleaned or not. refund half amount. full coach is not cleaned share this to railway authority . this comment is mainly focus very worst clean of seat in this S3 coach all seat

no water in the train as usual. The train is always lacking water in the washroom flushing and even in the sink. Pathetic experience. Train was okay in punctuality but worthless in train quality. Train management never fixed the leaking taps, leaking flushes, and an uncleaned washroom.

Water was not there in the washroom. This should be checked by the respective person frequently. Because we will carry water only for drinking not for any other purpose. So the railway authorities must take this water scarcity issue seriously and should resolve this.

I travelled in 1A, and the coach is a very old bakwaas. there is no water in washroom and quality of coach is worst. This coach is very old .
Sleeper or 3A gives a better experience than this

we had not taken food
and what is coach position means
public were not co operative in using toilet.
no body is taking responsibility
we had a nice sleep
