Inspite of reservation we are not able to travel comfortably,
passengers from general ticket entered the reserved coaches
department should arrange extra coaches during weekends

make sure the seats booked in advanced should not be occupied by un- reserved passanger's, and creat havock. toilets are not maintained well. un-reserve passanger's are more occupied in reserved compartment. should solve the issue for better travel experience

The department must provide TC on the reservation coach. And avoid the unreserved ticket persons entry in this coach.

I booked for ws but this app alloted me in reality middle seat please correct the mistake from your side and also same ws seat alloted someone correctly from other app,please solve these types of errors in your app ,don't disappoint the customers.

Train reached the destination location 2hrs late. Toilets were unhygienic and there was no water in toilets.
