narrow chairs. we cannot sit comfortably with our hands. fan is not sufficient for the prevailing heat. Sakleshpur towards Mangalore it is a very hot region. There is no sufficient supply of coffee or tea. Coffee and tea are supplied even before we finish our idlis and vada. people use their mobiles without earphones.

the steps to get in and out are not passenger friendly for people with knee pains.. it would be great if something was done for that...

All general passanger are in reservation seat...and it is full standing..the ladies not enter the door... this not good . because of this is booked seat..& not entered the general passanger..... Toilet not clean

lots of cockroach. Reservation and general are same where passenger s who have booked felt un easiness Toilets are not maintained at all.

for safety purpose we reserve ticket...but inside the train people coming with out ticket...

toilet not clean, food not up to the mark, unwanted stoppages on the way to be avoidable & reach destination early, will benifit long distance travelers
