I could see rats towards the left hand side of wash basin. Toilets did not have washing soap or liquid to clean the hands. Toilets were not cleaned before the journey

very bad experience... even the tickets are booked for two PPL... only one seat will be alloted and we would in waiting list... we have to run down to inquiry's thing every minute to confirm tickets.. it's good go get tickets there rather than booking
