I started from cbe there is no pillow on my birth, My coach was B2 3AC , I asked the working persons inside the train they gave a dusty pillow and new pillow cover, after asking for 4-5 times they bringing a pillow after 20 minutes. really a bad experience, washrooms were not cleaned, it's full of smelly not well maintained. It's not worth of pay for 3Ac, the driver also driving very harsh and sudden brakes were applied in two many places it's making panic

as usual bathrooms were dirty. in some bathrooms there was no water supply. also unreserved passengers were travelling in sleeper class. couldn't sleep properly in the night

punctuality is very bad, before yeshwanthpur there is station called lottegolhali, it foes not there and wait for the platform, it stops in-between in no man's land where people cannot get down but sit in the train for it to reach platform, the weight is almost 45 minutes to an hour. This is so poorly planned and pathetic

train is excellent coach is also but nice but I'm toilet we don't have cape tape i will be uploading the photo S3 coach and we don't have bottle holder also.. apart from that everything is nice

very worst train quality & dirty toilet & flushing point is not working, overall very very bad and too shame on indian railway for such consultation providing for passengers who pay money & travel

travelled for two times, yesterday and today. for both journey the train got delayed for 30 mint and 15mint respectively. and also while booking i mark the preference for lower berth but unfortunately i got mid berth. thats bit dissapointed. why because i booked from kozhikode to palakkad and the throughout the trip nobody came for this lower berth and kept vaccant till palakkad. so on such situation it will far better if you provide the traveller preference berth. apart from all these the overall experience am happy . and also i havet take any food from IRCTC so am not in a position to mark the experience. so the provided mark is just for timesake to submit this feed back

Bathrooms were not cleaned despite I boarded from the source location, Power sockets in the compartment weren't working.

At the Source Station, the Train was around 13mins late but almost on time at the Arriving Destination. So thanks. No Tea/Coffee services during evening time, which is bad

The toilets were clean. The problem was with the air conditioner, it kept overcooling continuously whole the night.
