one of the best journeys I had with Indian railways. I booked a sleeper coach and they gave me ac coach without any additional charges.... whatever thanks a lot Indian railways also conform ticket application :)

it was not that great travelling for my parents who are senior citizen and they didn't get lower births, my father is a heart patient and my mom had leg operation where she can't walk properly both of them got upper births. this should be considered by Indian railways

we were in s7 coach heavy sound in suspension could not sleep due to sound and it was like a fish market whole night people walked for seats please make a big board to flush after using toilet

My train train was booked sleeper coach only before 1month but oneday before it was changed to AC coach b5 like that.. my mom very difficult to breathing in Ac coach..please hereafter don't change my ticket seats.. TTR also didn't help for this issue.. very disappointed

Food quality needs to be improved a lot... Some antisocial elements makes the train bathroom dirty and covers the walls with vulgur writings... 😡

A1 coach was out of platform and passengers had a tough time to board the train.Really pathetic situation, and moreover, the train is never on time

Actually my ticket was RAC and the seat number is 47, but an old lady lyed down there and she never allow us to sit.when the ticket examiner came he told us if you want berth you have to give Rs 200/-.so we gave him that amount and TTE gave us the berth, thats the way we travelled.

I don't use the food. but compared to kanyakumari express this train is more hygienic and better.punctuality is also , kanyakumari crawls like anything and make sure we never reach on time. this train is better but it don't stop in carmelaram. not good to travel with old people and kids as it stops less than a minute in karmelaram. staff is also good.

The air conditioning was not working till night 12 O' clock.no electrician nor tte was available. Irresponsible act. People were getting angry

bad quality food. even saw one guy fighting with food supplier bcos of low quality food that the consumer gave to his 4 yr old daughter and found half open pickle packet and some bad food
