reservation coach was fully occupied by general ticket passengers. raised a complaint in rail madad but no use. they simply send a message issue is solved without looking the matter. Totaly a very bad experience and no help from Railway dept.

Hi, I'm a regular traveler in the railway service, and I have noticed many an improvement in the train cars. But even though many changes have been done the nasty stench from the toilet keeps bothering. Sometimes it is so awful as if the kammode of the toilet was placed right next to the nose while comfortably seat in the car. Also cockroach infestation needs to be attended to. Kindly address these issues as improvement rather than complaints. Thank you...

In Kerala a malayali TTR is very friendly and understanding he gave us conform seat but after entering coiambature a Tamil TTR was behave us rudely.....we very disappointed

In boarding station coaches are not arriving at the indicated spots in platform. But in Bangaluru station it is correct. Moreover, it is ordinary style, I feel.

pathetic condition, don't kept any dust bins in the compartments. toilets are too poor- their was a mug for wash, but it was tied in chain and the chain was too short , so peoples are not use it properly, flesh are broken/non serviceable, some toilet door are not closed well. water taps are leaking so too many wastage of water.

Don't know, which railway minister will take a step to stop the toilet stink in the compartments. it is horrible in sleeper and unreserved. AC it id better, as it is airtight. The bio toilets are still worst.
Request concerned minister to travel for a night journey in sleeper class to feel the enjoyment of toilet stink.

Overall it was a good experience. Frequently the toilets were without water. Requires frequent refurbishing. We di did't see much of plastic use, it is a good sign.
Invariably all trains run full,but Indian Railways is not making so much of profit what is the reason? it is for CBI to investigate,

Being senior citizens,our both the births were upper ones,hence we had trouble climbing,hope senior citizens are offered lower births at the time of chart preparation.

Train arrived at Thrissur late by about 50 minutes. Please make it known to the ticket holders well in advance by SMS, so that unnecessary waiting at the departure station can be avoided.

my ticket was not confirmed so TTR told me m not eligible to travel in sleeper class n he take 570 rupees from me to travel in sleeper by standing position, Indian railways are sucks,I won't travel anymore in trains

Indian railway is pathetic in punctuality. specially train from Kerala to Bangalore.Senior employees please consider this request. we can't take bus from Kerala to banglr. please don't take money from them and do favour for them
