Worst railway experince ever ... Our ticket never got confirmed and on top of that our coach was full of general passenger they slept in every where n there was no place to keep foot or going to the washroom also felt a very difficult task

No security for our belongs... So many general ticket Passenger travelled in sleeper coach and without ticket also travelled in sleeper coach.... We gave complaint regarding crowd issue but didn't resolve from railway team... Worst experience and no security in sleeper coach

I booked 2A Tatkal and seat alloted in 3A. This is not fair. you charge money for something and give something else. This is cheating . Henceforth i will not use your app and I will ask others not to use .

I had RAC and the next person who came wasn't very cooperative and I couldn't sleep properly and the train was full. I request that we pay a confirmed seat money and get RAC due to last booking due to some family work atleast some proper arrangements should be made so that we don't suffer

New coaches need to be added for safety purpose because LHB coaches are comfortable and safety compared to ICF coaches except that train will reach on time

obsolete compartments in 2Tier AC as you are charging huge fares. No water in toilets and attender found sleeping on passage to the exit door blocking passenger way till it reached Mangalore. Very bad service

train quality ok.not bad punctuality is better food quality better one thing is i.dont like tht in sleeper side there is no number given for separate seat you will.mention the seat number in seats ok otherwise it will be very confussion yesterdsy i faced same problem ok.fine good experience thank you

very bad service after obtaining PNR the authority had not provided the travelling facility and due to authority fault they have also deducted cancellation charges which is very regrettable

Kindly arrange a charger point fir the upper birth and middle birth also. And I haven't understood the reason behind who ke asking for a lower birth one got allotted with upper birth

my ticket not confirmed we ask tt check our waiting list apartment but he was not check he told buy normal ticket we buy normal ticket also it's problem we handling we wast the sleeping coach

Good effort has been made to keep the train clean.we travelled in non AC sleeper and it was well maintained. Did not try the food. Tea and coffee needs a lot of improvement.
