washrooms are not clean n proper, water supply is improper, hygiene is not maintained in washrooms.
coach and compartment facilities are too good . it was totally clean n neat.

there was no use of reservation, non reserved passengers were there sitting and sleeping in ailes, it was very incomfort for senior citizens like me to use toilet, please look into this matter seriously, do not negelect this message...

the representative of your catering are not providing appropriate qty of Items like Tea or coffee is it possible to have volume discharge control cock to tea can of the person who served it in train it will help customers to get right quantity to right price.
