train is not cleaned, so many cockroaches are there in the train, toilet lock is not working and also not cleaned, hand wash is not there

I ordered food from authorised IRCTC vendor from pantry car of this train. the food was totally worst ever. which having no any teste.rotis are too rought to eat. I vomited all that food. Even prisoners get the proper and well food in the jail. we deserves the compensation. IRCTC must cancel the license of that food vendor

Boggies are too old and shabby. I got nothing in pleasure for what I paid. I know railways are changing but this one not even LHB. There's still a lot to do to transform Indian railways. If I knew about this survey ,I would have definitely taken pictures.

All the staff, specially the pantry can be more courteus. I don't mind a bit more expensive food, but it can be improved and the staff can be more courteus also to suggest items.

rates of the food are not as per rate card We had prised Upma at the rate of Rs 30.00/ is it your rate where as as per knowledge it should not more than 20/-.
