Train 16368, Coach B1. There are too many cockroaches in the coach. Passengers are unable to sleep and facing huge trouble. Please send the OBHS/Pest control team immediately.

Extremely disappointed with my journey on Train 16368. The coaches have completely turned into a hub for open smoking and alcohol consumption. Passengers are drinking and smoking inside the compartments and toilets without any fear or respect for co-passengers, families, or women. There is absolutely no monitoring by the RPF (Railway Protection Force) or train staff. It feels highly unsafe and uncomfortable. Indian Railways needs to take immediate action against this!

Am booked reseved ticket. So many north indian people travelled in reservation coach with out ticket.TTR not responding this matter. So many reserved ticket passenger struggle this situation

train runs ~1 hour late which is ok ,but the food served in this train is bad and side lower ,side upper seats are narrow and short compared to lower berths

we booked for boarding at perambur... but unfortunately we can't go there... ok we tried boarding from chengalbat. But in this case they are not allowed.. even though we have booked thakkal ticket... total waste our 2000+/-
