I booked 13 days ago but I didn't get a seat book for that date. I went to the office and asked what it was and they said it was a seat book and you can take a normal ticket and go... the worst

Toilets are not cleaning no soap
no freshners no tissues.
before starting train, cleaning staffs are collecting signatur from passengers rating of their cleaning.
most of the time these cleaners are sleeping
supervisors MUST monitored to improve service.
no foid on train
