I booked all my seats (4nos) in side lower berth.. But i got 3 seats in side upper berth.. Which i booked 3 months back.. And it was very disturbing my wife & 2 kids are allotted in s7 Coach & me in s9 Coach.. Lot of Rac & w/list passangers in both Coach.. Some body is sitting our seat and quarrel with my wife & daughters.. They were scared TT is never come & not addressing the issues.. Atlast i self complaint to a RPF person by the train stops at jabalpur jn. 3 peoples are sitting my wife seat (seat no-S7-72) it was very painful to see me.. Then why should i reserve the tickets before 3 months.. TT person saying to my wife. Please adjust.. It was a funny replay and more over to insulting us. TTE behaviour is not good for us.

very poor experience...I had to fight with the North Indian people to sit in my seat...the ttr was not even bothered to come and check the tickets...the train was full of people with unreserved tickets who were in the reserved compartment...had a bad travel on they day...IRCTC has to take necessary actions to rectify this

The train is clean and toilets are also cleaner than usual trains, but the punctuality is a question.
