Train was punctual at the boarding station ( DG ) but got delayed at my Deboarding station ( CJ ) and unnecessarily the train stopped at Chengalpet for 1 hour and the bathrooms were not clean

people need to be educated regarding how to use laterine.
They are not pouring water after use which makes the next person impossible to use it rather than get inside.

I suggest lower berth but they given upper berth, ticked booked for 50 age peoples so that is most uncomfortable journey but it's ok

It should be clean the toilet and food especially in Egg biriyani quality is too bad and the vendor selling Rs. 70 but the MRP 60/-.

Passengers are non-cooperative, makes a lot of nuisance in the vicinity of berth/Seat & Toilet something to be done to prevent this. The railway is trying the best level to give facilities for passengers whereas passengers they don't maintain.
Secondly, Housekeeping staff came at Sholapur station to clean from Madurai to Mumbai in 35 Hrs journey. This has to be improved.
