I was traveling in 3AC from Tiruchirapalli to Pune. Worst train condition toilets not clean, hand wash dispensers empty, flush not working, insects in compartment.

Very dirty train my compartment. Toilets were so dirty and there was no water at all in Pune where I boarded the train

I suggest lower berth but they given upper berth, ticked booked for 50 age peoples so that is most uncomfortable journey but it's ok

worst ever experienced in ticket booking while tickets are not confirmed but they take service fees. What is the logic isn't?!

It should be clean the toilet and food especially in Egg biriyani quality is too bad and the vendor selling Rs. 70 but the MRP 60/-.

Passengers are non-cooperative, makes a lot of nuisance in the vicinity of berth/Seat & Toilet something to be done to prevent this. The railway is trying the best level to give facilities for passengers whereas passengers they don't maintain.
Secondly, Housekeeping staff came at Sholapur station to clean from Madurai to Mumbai in 35 Hrs journey. This has to be improved.
