i booked the ticket using this app . and at last while I entered the train my ticket got automatically cancelled and I was asked to pay the fine. i booked a sleeper ticket and my gnwl was 6 and the ticket was not confirmed. so I was asked to pay the fine . my ticket got automatically cancelled . worst experience about this app.

We bought tickets for two people 4 days ago. When the chart was ready, both of us got only one seat and that was the side seat. too bad

This train was delayed by 1hrs 30min but there was no announcement. And also waiting in kannur, because of which I missed next train.

some undisciplined passingers makes loud noise talks even after 10 PM.which highly disturb others...And some of them put lights on before 6 AM

very difficult to get even a coffee or tea in the train from the stations.
No one is serving even near the doors at the platform of railway stations.

ankamali for Kakadu all trains stopped more than 40 minutes, what is the reason there? why unnecessary stop some trains like palaruvi exp and Kochuveli amirtstar super fast express?
