The coch position is not updated properly. This should be corrected and updated. It is difficult for old people to run from one end to the other as the app still shows older coach position.

don't use this platform to issue ticket. they are charging more and cheating the people. they provided a coupon for same amount of ticket fare and it is to be used within 7 days. how can we use this in this period. if ticket not confirmed we will travel through some other mode and this coupon cannot be used anymore. cheating.. cheating., cheating away from confirm ticket

No seats are available in train for senior citizens...bcoz all seats are in upper berth.
Seats are fully covered with dust.

The train quality was ok but the train was stopped and slowed many times for the signal issues. in this particular train was always stopped for the signal at several times and areas

it's not ac coach..... it's a small cockroach coach.... night of cockroach.... while switch of the lights.... no proper ac cooling. while sleeping the cleaning boys asking cleaning reviews in written. no basic things water bottles not brings.... but food items vada and night food taking... but water bottles not bringing....

I have asked for 3 lower births for 3 senior citizens but when I booked I got 3 Upper births. Ihad to cancell the ticket & rebooked the same by Tatkal Very bad experiance.

Jammed windows. Seems needed repairs years ago. Remains unrepaired. No protection even from light showers. Spoils traveler moods totally.

We traveled from Madurai to Ernakulam. The train and wash rooms were neat and tidy. Very good experience. Time perfect. No pantry

toilet is unhygienic. so many cancer patients are travelled in Amrita express, and they get infected easily because of this. so please keep clean the toilet and near by areas. And another important thing is, the peoples who are smoking inside the train, that also irritating factor.. They cannot consider the patients and old age peoples and childrens.. please please take action against this.. its a big request. Thank you
