S4 coach position mentioned 19th from engine whereas the coach was

Please provide 2 seats don't give 1. Most of the time we got 1 seat, I don't know why. when 2 people book ticket please provide 2 seats because why people book ticket is to get seat without any problem. However, here we only get problem. This is a humble request from my side.

Amrita Express toilet is clean but pipes. Seats and berths are full of dust. The windows of the car are full of dust. Cleaning is very poor. During the journey from Palakkad to Palani, the vehicle felt a lot of shaking and shaking

can punctuality be given minus infinity? we reached station at 9.30 to catch train at 10 pm (time printed on ticket) to be informed that train had left at 9. station master informs that no refund or cancellation possible !
