Very bad experience in confirming ticket, you had been collect additional charge and at the time of travel tour report is your ticket is not confirm & adking me to travel by Bus.

തിരുവനന്തപുരം നിന്നും ആലുവ എത്തുന്നത് വരെ ഒരു TTE പോലും ചെക്കിങ്ങിനു വന്നില്ല. ഒരു പാട് ആളുകൾ റിസർവേഷൻ ചെയ്യാതെ കമ്പാർട്മെന്റിൽ ഉണ്ടായിരുന്നു.
റിസർവേഷൻ ചെയ്തവർ പറഞ്ഞാൽ പോലും സീറ്റിൽ നിന്നും മാറാത്ത അവസ്ഥ ഉണ്ടായിരുന്നു.
ടിക്കറ്റ് റിസർവേഷൻ ചെയ്തവരുടെ തലയിൽ ബാഗ് വച്ച് കൊണ്ടാണ് പലരും നിന്നിരുന്നത്.
