Our seat no was 71-72-1in s4 from 71-72 in upper seat from bag someone has stolen purse we came to know around morning 8-30 this happened when my mummy left purse inside a bag from upper seat someone has stolen only the purse it happened before or after raichur station...so please take precautions that how this can be reduced make sure that unreserved passengers don't get in reserved compartments ...in my mummy purse around 9k cash was there and mobile phone and pan card .Thank you 🙏

food was blunt literally no salt nothing when train entered into shahbad all local people were in it was fully crowded no one could tell whether it's an reservation compartment or unreserved train is also late

First time after so many travelling through this train this time felt littel better satisfaction in cleaning, obhs service.
should have more Ac boggies.

3 hours train late and due to this (because I had reached around 2.00 AM) I don't have a train to travel to Navi Mumbai. So I have wasted around Rs. 1200 on Taxi

cabin and compartment full of cockroaches.
proper. cleaning needed. food is average. Outside food is very better. even complaint raised. for cockroaches. they just sprayed HIT.

their was no water after first 15 hour's..
and no cleaning people..
the washroom is unuseable..

toilets are totally dirty, stinking and without water supply for majority of the time. every coach is full of small cockroaches. please improve the quality of the facilities available.

The toilet was not cleaned properly. Had only one functioning toilet.Train got delayed while approaching & reaching Kalyan and the other stations for that matter. One employee working in the train sat in the seat opposite to us and kept talking continuously. No decency .

I was lucky as my train was moving from Pune to Mumbai while others were cancelled....Good scenery and paisa wasul journey ...Just the issue is the train was delayed by 2 hrs

bathroom not clean and food is not good and the vendors are looting the passengers by increasing the price they sell in ?? without knowledge of his senior
